DO I NEED TO BE THERE FOR THE ORGANIZING PROCESS?
The client is encouraged to be involved, though it’s not mandatory. From experience, being involved hands-on, not only expedites the process of sorting, purging, and organizing, but also acquaints the client with the personalized new system. Often, a client wants to be involved in the process.
CAN YOU ESTIMATE HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE?
Each project is individual, but there is a 2 hour session minimum. Much depends on the space size and level of chaos that needs to be brought to order. Some work requires more time, such as choosing what stays and goes (which requires client consent), while other tasks such as filing bills and sorting receipts can be done quickly and autonomously.
IS THIS A “GREEN” SERVICE ?
Every opportunity to reuse, repurpose and recycle materials is taken, as well re-gift and donate items. Delivery to local charities can be coordinated. Additionally, supplies and products are environmentally friendly.
SHOULD I BUY CONTAINERS IN ADVANCE?
It’s best to assess the situation before buying anything, More bins doesn’t equal more order, just more bins. If there are things that you’re certain will be needed, such as file folders, by all means stock up. Garbage bags, labels, paper clips are provided.
IS THIS A CONFIDENTIAL SERVICE?
Yes, 100%. Handling personal and financial documents is taken very seriously.
